Murrayfield Golf Club
With incredible Edinburgh Castle and city views, this beautiful course has an idyllic setting. The present clubhouse was opened in 1912 and overlooks the 1st tee and 18th green, allowing views of players starting and finishing their rounds. Extended and modernized over the years, the current Clubhouse offers excellent facilities for both members and visitors alike and is an ideal place to relax after a round of golf. The clubhouse offers a wonderfully relaxed atmosphere, with a warm welcome and good food 7 days a week. Casual dress and golf wear is perfectly acceptable in all areas of the clubhouse. Founded in 1761, the Bruntsfield Links Golfing Society is the fourth oldest in the world and one of Scotland’s most prestigious clubs located only 3 miles from Edinburgh city centre and 1 hour from The Old Course, St Andrews. Merchants of Edinburgh
Merchants of Edinburgh Golf Club is in the heart of Edinburgh close to the city centre near to all travel links. The course was originally designed by Ben Sayers in 1907 and altered by James Braid in 1936. The course is challenging and fun, boasting fantastic views across Fife, the Lothians and many of Edinburgh’s historic landmarks.
