I would like to take this opportunity to welcome you to Edinburgh and to The Murrayfield Hotel, House & Bothy. On the 3rd of March we will be getting ready for Scotland to host Wales at Scottish Gas, Murrayfield Stadium as part of the 6 nations. We are lucky enough to be within roaring distance of the national stadium. The air will be filled with electricity and excitement, and our team are primed to serve and encourage an enjoyable atmosphere for all.
To this end, over the coming weeks the hotel and team will be in preparing for Scotland’s 6 Nation games and I wanted to take this opportunity to highlight some important information so you can fully enjoy your time with us.
- To accommodate a guest marquee’s, we will be reducing the number of car parking spaces available. So we will have reduced parking during this time.
- Our event timings including the erection of our marquees on Monday 3rd March until Friday 14th March.
- Over the course of the week the hotel will have contractors on site preparing for the big game. Their work will be carried out throughout the day and the Hotel’s management team will be on hand at all times if you have any questions.
The scheduled work being carried out in time for the big match will not impact on your stay with us but I wanted to provide you with the necessary information so you can enjoy your time at the hotel.
